RFID
Infolog WMS software, part of the INFOLOG Suite offer, is now RFID compatible.
This software package has a special mixed pallet monitoring process for distributors consisting of recording the content of a mixed pallet at the end of picking operations on an RFID tag. This is to enable a check to be carried out before shipping by isolating a pallet to be checked. All the cartons on it are then scanned using a tablet which will contain the information retrieved from the tag. This check can be carried out at any moment during the delivery process. Our software and RFID technology enable you to scan product details as soon as goods arrive in a warehouse without having to unpack pallet contents. This enables you to feed a statistical database on the quality of order picking, shipping and delivery operations. Infolog WMS already interfaces and interchanges data with all types of information systems via its system interface, GECOM. It can now exchange with RFID technology both from a data and equipment point of view.
